Labour law is a specialised field and the consequences of “getting it wrong” can result in unnecessary time and costs being incurred. Employers and Employees are all too often unaware of their legal rights which may result in unfortunate and detrimental decisions being taken. We ensure this does not happen by providing a platform of reliable and practical information and support.

Employment Equity is one of our primary areas of speciality. We are proud to have an excellent and proven reputation in ensuring designated Employers are in full compliance with the Employment Equity Act. Non-compliance may result in heavy penalties ranging from R1.5 million to in excess of R2.7 million. Our legally defensible approach with Employment Equity has passed scrutiny on repeated occasions by the Department of Employment and Labour.

Another area in which we are known for is in the provision of labour relations training courses for management. These course are subject specific and tailored to the needs of the Client. Training ensures that the workplace decisions taken by management are sound and lawful and holds weight in forums such as the CCMA and / or Bargaining councils.
